The principle of rotary evaporator is: under vacuum condition, constant temperature heating makes the rotary bottle rotate at constant speed, and the material forms large area film on the bottle wall, so it can be evaporated efficiently. The solvent vapor is cooled by high-efficiency glass condenser and recovered in the collecting bottle, which greatly improves the evaporation efficiency. The rotary evaporator is especially suitable for the concentration and purification of biological products which are easy to decompose and change at high temperature.
